Wheeltechpro™ must be used strictly in accordance with its provided operational instructions, safety guidelines, and intended design capabilities.
V Space Designer shall not be held liable for any defects, performance failures, property damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V Space Designer, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Wheeltechpro™.
Any limitation of liability contained herein applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and does not seek to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Except as expressly provided in writing by V Space Designer, Wheeltechpro™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent such exclusions are permitted under applicable law.
This disclaimer and all matters arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or performance of Wheeltechpro™ shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes, claims, legal proceedings, or litigation arising out of or in connection with Wheeltechpro™ or V Space Designer shall, subject to applicable law, be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located within Rangareddy District, Telangana, India.
